Shipping Policy (UK Mainland Only)
We aim to get your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. This policy explains how we handle shipping within the United Kingdom.
1. Where We Ship
We currently ship to UK mainland addresses only.
This does not include Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, or any other offshore locations.
2. Processing Times
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days.
Processing times may be longer during busy periods, holidays, or due to unforeseen delays.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.
3. Delivery Times
Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout. Typical delivery estimates are:

Please note: delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Delays caused by Royal Mail or other couriers are outside our control.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your chosen delivery method.
5. Tracking
If your order includes tracking, you will receive a tracking number once your parcel has been dispatched.
6. Incorrect Address Information
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We cannot refund or replace orders that are lost due to incorrect address details provided by the customer.
7. Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel appears delayed or lost, please contact us at jeana.parmar@gmail.com and we will investigate with the courier.
Please note: a parcel can only be considered officially “lost” after the courier’s required timeframe has passed.
8. Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the packaging and item so we can resolve the issue.
