We may change prices at any time, but this will not affect orders already placed.

5. Order Acceptance
Your order is accepted once we send you an order confirmation email.
We may refuse an order if:
•     The item is out of stock
•     There is an error in pricing or product information
•     We suspect fraudulent activity
If we cannot fulfil your order, we will refund you in full.

6. Shipping & Delivery
We ship within the United Kingdom only (Not including Northern Ireland).
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Delays caused by couriers or external factors are outside our control.
If your parcel is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us so we can investigate.

7. Returns & Cancellations
Your rights are explained in our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
In summary:
•     You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return
•     Items must be returned in their original condition
•     Return postage is paid by you unless the item is faulty or incorrect
Faulty items are protected under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

8. Personalised Items
Personalised or custom‑made items cannot be cancelled or returned unless faulty.
This does not affect your legal rights.

9. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
•     Losses not caused by our breach
•     Business losses (e.g., loss of profit, loss of business)
•     Delays or issues caused by third‑party couriers
